Le Technicien méthode aura pour mission d'assurer la mise en œuvre terrain des standards Méthodes, avec un rôle clé dans la gestion PDR, la planification, le suivi budgétaire, les révisions annuelles et la remontée du REX (Retour expérience terrain). Tâches à accomplir:
- Mettre à jour la GMAO (préventif, correctif, suivi PDR)
- Lancer et suivre les commandes de PDR
- Vérifier la conformité des réceptions et corriger les écarts
- Planifier les maintenances avec la production
- Contrôler le respect des plannings et rapporter les écarts
- Suivre la consommation réelle des pièces et alerter sur les dérives budgétaires
- Participer aux inventaires et assurer la traçabilité des PDR
- Contribuer aux révisions annuelles en fournissant les données terrain
- Remonter les anomalies, incidents et solutions appliquées via la GMAO (REX)
- Participer aux audits internes (magasin, maintenance)
- Appuyer les opérateurs lors de pannes ou arrêts techniques
- Participer à l’analyse des causes racines dans le cadre du REX
- Proposer des améliorations locales sur la gestion des stocks Niveau d'études: BAC+2 en Méthodes, Électrotechnique ou maintenance Industrielle Expérience Professionnelle 03 ans dans une fonction similaire es Grande entreprise Abidjan, Côte d'ivoire
