Resolve customer complaints and issues. Provide product/service information and support. Process transactions and requests. Escalate complex issues to supervisors. Maintain customer records and feedback. Meet customer satisfaction targets. Requirements Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 2 years of experience. NYSC candidates only.
