Job Overview The Beverage Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the end‑to‑end flow of raw materials, finished goods, and information across the Kayonza bottling hub. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will leverage data analytics, forecasting techniques, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure product availability while minimizing costs and waste. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all beverage SKUs using statistical models and market intelligence. Monitor inventory levels across raw material, work‑in‑process, and finished‑goods warehouses to prevent stock‑outs and excess. Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align supply plans with sales targets. Analyze transportation routes and carrier performance, recommending cost‑effective logistics solutions. Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance dashboards for senior leadership. Identify process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles. Support sustainability initiatives by tracking carbon footprint and waste reduction metrics. Required Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain modules. Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines. Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French is a plus. Education The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. Experience A minimum of three to five years of hands‑on experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or logistics within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is required. Prior exposure to beverage production or a similar fast‑moving consumer goods sector will enable quicker adaptation to the company’s processes and culture. Salary The compensation package ranges from SSP 800,000 to SSP 1,200,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance.
