Job Summary & Field Scope We are in search of a dynamic, trustworthy, and highly motivated professional to assume the position of Farm Supervisor. This individual will oversee daily farm operations, lead field staff, supervise agricultural initiatives, and optimize the use of farm resources to enhance productivity while maintaining a well-organized environment on-site. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results in alignment with organizational goals. Resource Security: Oversee the protection of crops, livestock, and equipment while managing inventory supplies, providing management with consistent progress reports. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must.
