Role Summary As a Delivery Sector Lead, you will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of your assigned portfolio of accounts, guaranteeing adherence to Quality First Every Time standards by consistently meeting internal and client SLAs. You will oversee the strategic direction of your account portfolio, mentor and cultivate your Delivery Owners, and serve as a senior stakeholder in governance, risk management, and client relationship initiatives. Proactively assess and mitigate business risks associated with service delivery in your portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders companywide through cross-functional coordination. Proactively develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting both business operations and personnel while managing organizational change effectively. Plan the allocation of personnel and resources to meet the demands of current accounts while scaling efficiently to accommodate the expansion of your portfolio. Identify the root causes of customer churn and extract key insights, then translate those findings into actionable strategies for the wider business to adopt through the DLT. Ensure sustained expansion, maintain stability, and uphold a quality-first approach while consistently meeting all defined performance metrics within your assigned portfolio.
