GC Pharma is looking for Sales Representative (M/F) About the Company GC Pharma Sarl is a fully accredited pharmaceutical distributor, recognized by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSANTE), and dedicated to supplying top-quality pharmaceutical products and healthcare services throughout Cameroon. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for dynamic, motivated, and performance-driven Sales Representatives to join our workforce in the North West Region (Bamenda).
Responsabilités
Under the supervision of the Sales Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include:
- Marketing and promoting GC Pharma's product portfolio to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other medical facilities;
- Seeking out and cultivating new business opportunities within your designated territory;
- Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with healthcare practitioners and institutional partners;
- Meeting sales objectives and actively pursuing new client acquisitions;
- Processing customer orders and guaranteeing prompt follow-up;
- Keeping track of market developments, client expectations, and competitor strategies;
- Compiling and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports;
- Working in close partnership with the Sales, Administrative, and Finance departments to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for sales and business growth;
- Displays high energy, drive, and a strong focus on achieving targets;
- Possesses outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities;
Shows initiative, good organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently;
- Works effectively within a team and demonstrates a strong sense of accountability;
- Speaks English fluently; proficiency in French would be a distinct advantage;
- Has good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Is prepared to travel regularly throughout the North West Region.
A university degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is desirable;
- A qualification as a Medical Sales Representative (Medical Delegate) is an asset, though not compulsory;
Expérience
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales, or B2B sales would be considered a plus. Documents to Submit Candidates who wish to apply should provide the following:
