Qualifications requises : Expérience avérée au sein de consortiums multisectoriels, excellente maîtrise du cycle de gestion des projets (élaboration, exécution et évaluation), expérience en gestion financière et du financement.
Compétences techniques : Capacité à développer, entretenir et gérer les relations avec CAFOD et les autres parties prenantes, bonne compréhension des analyses de marché, des enquêtes sur le panier de dépenses minimales (MEB), du ciblage neutre et du suivi post-distribution (PDM), capacité d’analyse et maîtrise des techniques de rédaction de rapports.
Compétences personnelles : Capacité de travailler dans un environnement instable et stressant, être sensible avec un niveau élevé de courtoisie, de discrétion, de tact et de professionnalisme.
Responsabilités :
Expérience demandée : Jouir d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans aux responsabilités croissantes dans la mise en œuvre de projets humanitaires sur le terrain, avec une expérience spécifique dans la gestion directe ou la coordination de projets financés par la DG ECHO. Parler et écrire couramment français, swahili et anglais, la connaissance d’une (des) langues locale(s) est un atout.
