Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree en comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe d'une institution reconnue. Âge : 25-35 ans. Expérience professionnelle de 2-3 ans dans des institutions de microfinance ou des SACCOs. Maîtrise des compétences informatiques requise. Compétences en leadership et gestion d'équipe. Résolution de problèmes et pensée analytique. Expérience prouvée dans les systèmes de microfinance. Sens financier et planification stratégique.
