Operations and Finance Manager

Le titulaire du poste assurera la gestion directe des finances, des opérations, des achats et de l'équipe administrative. Il s'agit d'un poste de niveau intermédiaire à senior, nécessitant une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 7 ans.

Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la comptabilité, de la budgétisation, de la gestion des subventions et de la conformité, tout en mettant en place des contrôles internes pour protéger les actifs de l'organisation. Il devra également gérer les opérations et les performances des achats afin de garantir l'efficacité des programmes et une bonne gestion des ressources. En tant que leader d'équipe, il supervisera les évaluations de performance du personnel, suivra l'impact des programmes et encadrera l'équipe administrative.

Le candidat idéal doit être titulaire d'un diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance ou administration des affaires, avec une qualification CPA. Une expérience minimale de 7 ans dans un rôle de leadership financier progressif est requise, dont plus de 3 ans dans un poste de gestion senior. Une connaissance approfondie de la comptabilité de fonds, des déclarations fiscales, de QuickBooks, des rapports financiers, de la rédaction et de la conformité est indispensable.
