The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee safety and quality protocols, standards, and specifications. Additionally, they will champion ongoing enhancements in Safety and Quality processes and procedures across TMHS and customer operations, ensuring strict adherence to applicable standards while producing necessary reports as required. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to oversee a range of critical tasks, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established protocols. The role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Key duties include coordinating schedules, preparing comprehensive reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. • Conduct ongoing oversight, monitoring, evaluation, and control of the company’s OHS systems to verify their efficient and effective operation through regular inspection and testing. Oversee the turnover of personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory while guaranteeing the availability of high-demand items at all times. Develop and revise comprehensive guidelines, manuals, forms, and checklists to ensure they remain accurate, effective, and aligned with organizational standards. Identify, obtain, update, and retain all mandatory certifications and accreditations essential for the company to perform Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) operations and deliver high-quality services. Duties include identifying, negotiating with, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients—including corporations, academic institutions, private enterprises, and other organizations—that require occupational health and safety services, for the purpose of securing new business contracts for the organization. Conduct comprehensive OHS consultancy audits for corporate clients, providing expert guidance and evaluation to ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards. Ensure all accredited courses are delivered punctually and in adherence to established schedules.

• Oversee the planning, organization, coordination, and supervision of all occupational health and safety (OHS) activities and resources to maintain adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and legal mandates while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop comprehensive quality trend reports that comprehensively assess and communicate the performance levels of staff, systems, and all TMHS operational activities. Prepare and submit reports to management on a timely basis as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing the upkeep, protection, and optimal functionality of all departmental assets to maintain their productivity and longevity. Collaborate effectively with various departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold high standards of service delivery.
