WHAT YOU WILL DO Strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. Leading and motivating a diverse team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, ICT, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a managerial role within the technology or retail industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Solid understanding of technology products and services, market trends, and customer preferences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
