REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, ICT, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a managerial role within the technology or retail industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Solid understanding of technology products and services, market trends, and customer preferences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
