Job Context: At MPC Limited, we strive to offer our customers the best construction equipment at affordable prices. As Branch Manager, you will lead our efforts to reach and retain customers in northern Ghana. You will ensure the smooth operation of the branch and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations, manage inventory and accounts.
Market our products and services through field marketing and digital channels.
Build and maintain customer relationships to generate sales.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our equipment and its use in construction to address customer inquiries.
Coordinate sales, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with company management to design and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and apply data-driven insights from sales performance, market research, and customer surveys for procurement and sales strategies.Desired Profile:
Degree: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and social media.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, commerce, business, or management.
Technical knowledge of construction and machinery would be an asset.
Required skills: leadership and management, customer service, growth mindset and willingness to learn, analytical thinking and data management.
Experience level: Intermediate.
Language: English.
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
