Engage regulators and banking partners. Financial & Treasury Lead budgeting and forecasting. Manage treasury and liquidity. Oversee audits and reporting. Optimize cost efficiency. People & Organization Build executive leadership team. Implement performance management. Develop succession plans. Promote accountability and innovation. Board & Stakeholders Prepare Board reports. Execute Board resolutions. Manage investors and partners. Represent the company externally. Success Measures (First 12 Months) Achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
