Job Summary: The Growth & Partnerships Manager will drive organizational growth by coordinating partnerships, supporting fundraising initiatives, overseeing marketing activities, and managing sales performance across multiple channels. This role is not responsible for direct field sales but is responsible for supporting and managing sales performance and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships and Business Development: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with NGOs, businesses, government institutions, schools, healthcare facilities, and development partners. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Represent Eco-Me Africa at networking events and stakeholder engagements.
Sales Management and Revenue Growth: Coordinate and oversee sales team activities. Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets. Support the execution of sales strategies across B2B, B2G, NGO, and retail channels. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Marketing and Brand Visibility: Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Support brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration. Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Support the identification of grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities. Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and fundraising documents.
Planning, Reporting, and Performance Management: Prepare monthly reports on growth, partnerships, marketing, and sales. Support annual planning and business development activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Development Studies, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, sales coordination, account management, or fundraising.
Required Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
