Qualifications requises : Diplôme de niveau Bac+4 à Bac+5 en sciences sociales, mathématiques, statistiques, informatique appliquée ou discipline connexe, avec une formation en suivi et évaluation indispensable.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée d’Excel pour l’analyse de données. Bonne connaissance du DHIS2, de Power BI et de la création de Dashboards. Expérience en analyse statistique et production de rapports clairs avec diagrammes et graphiques. Compétences personnelles : Motivation, respect des valeurs de l’organisation, comportement professionnel, recherche de l’excellence, autonomie et capacité à travailler avec une supervision limitée. Esprit d’équipe, intégrité et courage professionnel. Expérience demandée : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience avérée dans un poste de suivi et évaluation, incluant la supervision d’équipes et de terrain, de préférence dans un environnement de prestation de services de santé ou de santé reproductive.
