Operations Manager (M/F)

Job description Position Objective: The objective of the position of Head of Window Operations is to supervise the operations of window and divisional coffers and participate in the improvement of the Internal Control system.

• Validation of account opening files and follow-up on corrections and updates
• Validation of transactions within the limits set by the procedures
• Status reporting of Payment Methods (processing, follow-up request, validation of cards, Chequiers etc. ...)
• Management of Chequiers
• Monitoring the regularization of card order rejections
• Supervise and control all cash and counter operations on a daily basis
• Carry out weekly orders of the caisses
• Carry out the daily orders and reconciliations of the GAB
• Analysis of internal accounts
• Weekly census of all Agency incidents in a file and transmission of the latter to permanent control and hierarchy

Education / Qualifications

• Participate in the training of COGs and cashiers
• Take care of the requests of the customers under the operations of the counter
• Follow-up of periodic checkpoints (PV destruction cards and chequebooks, registers, ...).
• Take care of customer requests
• Monitoring of irregulars
• Inventory of Values.
• Monitoring the reception of accounting days;
• The timing of accounting days;
• Transfer of accounting days to archives;
• Monitoring the recovery of closing balances in case of account reactivation;
• Monthly inventory of means of payment.
• Manage the collection of cash
• Ensuring Islamic Compliance
• Management of PINs

• Any other tasks from the PERFOMANENCE INDICATORS hierarchy
• Achievement of the objectives set at the beginning of the year
• Rate of customer satisfaction;
• Timely renewal of expired files;
• Timely production of reconciliations;
• Reporting on time;

Candidate profile

Required training and experience

• Bac + 3 or 4
• Minimum one year in a bank in a similar department (internship acceptable) Ability to inspire and provide strategic vision to a team Planning, organisation and steering Team spirit Ability to delegate Additional information Level of study: Bac +4
