Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire de spécialiste en Biologie Médicale, Sciences Biomédicales, Microbiologie, Médecine et Laboratoire ou domaine équivalent.

Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance des techniques de biologie moléculaire. Maîtrise des normes de biosécurité et de biosûreté en laboratoire. Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et bases de données). Bonne capacité d’analyse et de rédaction des rapports techniques.
Présentation du poste
Compétences personnelles : Aptitude à travailler sous pression et dans des zones à ressources limitées ou reculées. Adaptabilité dans un contexte d’urgence. Respect strict des protocoles de sécurité. Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication. La connaissance du système de santé de la RDC et des langues locales (swahili, lingala) constitue un atout.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un laboratoire de santé publique ou biomédical. Expérience démontrée dans la gestion ou la réponse aux épidémies Ebola. Instructions
