Expérience
- 04 Coordonnateurs / Chefs de mission (BAC+5, expérience : 7 ans minimum),
- 14 Superviseurs de terrain (BAC+3, expérience : 5 ans minimum),
Formation / Diplômes
- 30 Animateurs communautaires (BAC+3, expérience : 3 ans minimum). Les candidats sont issus des domaines suivants : Développement communautaire, Topographie, Sociologie, Anthropologie, Géographie, Droit, etc. Les compétences recherchées incluent : mobilisation communautaire, inclusion sociale, gouvernance locale, etc. Les candidats doivent fournir un dossier comprenant une lettre de motivation, un CV signé, une copie du diplôme ainsi que les attestations de travail.
