Chargé(e) Finances (Finance Officer)
Intalma AB recrute un(e) Chargé(e) Finances pour rejoindre son équipe. Sous la responsabilité directe du Responsable Financier, vous serez en charge des opérations comptables quotidiennes et de la sécurisation des fonds sous votre gestion. Vos missions incluent la tenue de la comptabilité de caisse, le maintien des registres financiers et la préparation de rapports financiers. Le poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents sur le terrain dans les zones d'intervention des projets.

Le candidat idéal justifie d'une formation en finance ou comptabilité et d'une expérience dans la gestion financière au sein d'ONG. Les qualifications requises sont les suivantes :
- Licence en finance/comptabilité ou équivalent, avec 3 ans d'expérience en gestion financière dans une ONG
- Maîtrise du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
- Connaissance d'Excel, Microsoft Outlook et Word
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Compétences en communication efficaces
