Diplôme universitaire en économie, gestion ou dans un domaine connexe. Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans des projets de développement rural. Expérience de travail avec des ONG et des associations de développement. Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et de communication. Sens de l'organisation et capacité d'adaptation rapide. Maîtrise des logiciels de base : Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.
