** Le Business Officer est responsable de la conduite de projets de développement économique au sein de groupes de femmes et de jeunes dans les zones d'intervention ciblées.
Missions : Ce poste implique l'analyse des données économiques locales pour identifier les opportunités de développement, la fourniture d'un coaching technique aux entrepreneurs, et la promotion de l'attractivité économique auprès des investisseurs. L'agent collaborera avec les autorités locales et les parties prenantes pour assurer la durabilité des initiatives économiques et contribuer à une approche multisectorielle.

** Le poste requiert de solides compétences organisationnelles et la capacité de favoriser l'autonomisation économique des populations vulnérables. Diplôme universitaire en économie, gestion ou domaine connexe. Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans des projets de développement rural. Expérience de travail avec des ONG et des associations de développement. Solides compétences rédactionnelles et de communication. Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité d'apprentissage rapide. Maîtrise des logiciels de base : Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook. Les compétences en communication en anglais sont un plus.
