Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
Ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop the logistics team.
Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
Control the logistics budget and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Monitor and improve performance using key indicators.
Oversee fleet and dropshipping operations.
Required Skills:
Leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.

Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, or courier operations is highly desirable.
