Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations. Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction. Lead and develop the logistics team. Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation. Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. Track and improve performance using KPIs. Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
Required Skills:
Leadership and people management skills. Strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing business needs. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Profile Sought:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management. Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
