GME Intern
AIC Kijabe Hospital, as it is known today, was established in 1915 as a small outpatient clinic within the grounds of the Rift Valley Academy and was originally named Theodora Hospital. The hospital celebrated its centenary in May 2015 and is a multi-specialty facility currently with a bed capacity of 363, serving patients from all over Kenya and other African countries. KH is a faith-based hospital sponsored by the Africa Inland Church, Kenya, and has recently been classified as a level 6B National Tertiary Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Health Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Business Management, Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) or a related field. Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn hospital systems.
Skills: Strong administrative, organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented and able to work effectively in a faith-based healthcare and academic environment.
