Responsable Marketing & Communication H/F- Libreville AFRICA RH Missions: Rattaché(e) au Directeur Commercial et Marketing, le/la titulaire du poste aura pour principales tâches de : Élaborer un plan marketing annuel (promotion, événements, animation des marques, calendrier d’actions commerciales, événementiels, salon …) pour chaque pôle d’activité de l’entreprise et en établit le(s) budget(s). Programmer et superviser les lancements des nouveaux produits/services. Définir le plan de communication annuel en lien avec les besoins du plan Marketing (publicités commerciales, institutionnelles) et la stratégie de l’entreprise (interne et externe) et en établit le budget. Rédiger les procédures relatives à la gestion de la stratégie marketing – communication Analyser précisément tous les segments du marché pour en déceler les opportunités et formaliser une cartographie correspondante. Participer à la veille concurrentielle avec l’équipe commerciale. Définir l’identité des produits, les conditions de lancement des produits, le placement des produits, l’image de marque, la stratégie de communication etc. Réaliser les fiches produit et tous les supports de communication nécessaires aux commerciaux pour la présentation, la démonstration et l’utilisation des produits/services de l’entreprise.
