This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and safe plant performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults Enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards Manage CMMS system (work orders, scheduling, spare parts tracking) Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budget Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records Supervise and develop maintenance staff Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and efficiency Coordinate plant shutdown maintenance activities Required Skills or Experience Minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent NVTI Grade 1 plus 7 years’ experience in industrial maintenance leadership will also be considered Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience with high-temperature equipment (kilns, reactors, dryers preferred) Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems Experience using CMMS systems Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Work Conditions Day shift with on-call responsibility for breakdowns Industrial environment (heat, noise, confined spaces) What We Offer Leadership role in a growing industrial operation Accommodation support Opportunity to build and shape maintenance systems from the ground up How To Apply Apply here: https://jobhouse.com.gh/jobs/job/maintenance-manager-at-drobonso/ Note Please note, employers receive numerous applications per posting and will only shortlist the most qualified candidates.
