Job Description

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure sound financial management, and oversee all financial operations of the company. The role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning

Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, invoicing, receivables, and payables

Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and cost control measures across all departments

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audits

Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth strategies

Supervise and mentor the finance team, including Finance Officers

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies

Support tender processes, contract costing, and pricing for security service

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA or equivalent) is highly preferred

Minimum of 5–8 years relevant experience, preferably within security, services, or logistics industry

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

High level of integrity, leadership, and decision-making ability
