Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Être titulaire, au minimum d’un diplôme Bac+5 en science de gestion, comptabilité, économie et dans une discipline similaire Compétences techniques :
- Posséder une bonne connaissance des produits et services offerts par Equity BCDC
- Maîtriser couramment le Français ainsi qu’au moins une langue nationale
- La connaissance de l’anglais constitue un atout majeur
- Maîtrise des procédures bancaires et de la gestion d’agence Compétences personnelles :
- Personne intègre, énergique, travailleuse et enthousiaste
- Importance particulière accordée au travail d’équipe et à une attitude positive au travail
- Capacités de leadership et de management d’équipe
- Sens du service client et de la résolution de problèmes
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
Expérience
- Justifier d’au moins trois (3) années d’expérience professionnelle en tant que Relationship Supervisor Onboarding ou Relationship Officer Onboarding chez Equity BCDC Instructions
