Ce que ce poste implique En tant que Community Coach chez H3 Active Gym, tu seras le moteur humain de la salle, responsable de fédérer les membres autour d’une expérience fitness engageante et inclusive. Au quotidien, tu animeras des séances collectives, tu conseilleras les adhérents sur leurs parcours sportifs, et tu contribueras à créer une communauté active et soudée aux Seychelles. C’est un rôle de terrain où l’énergie et la proximité avec les membres sont essentielles.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Expérience en coaching sportif (certification reconnue) ou en animation de groupe.
  • Capacité à motiver et fédérer une communauté diversifiée, avec un bon relationnel.
  • Connaissance des techniques de fitness (HIIT, cardio, musculation) et de la gestion de planning.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (clients locaux et expatriés).
