Dans le cadre de notre stratégie d’automatisation et de transformation digitale, nous recrutons un Expert IA capable de concevoir des solutions basées sur l’IA générative, l’automatisation, la data et le machine learning. Vous interviendrez sur des projets concrets : agents IA, automatisation des processus métiers, optimisation opérationnelle, analyse prédictive.

Concevoir et développer des solutions IA basées sur : LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral), agents IA, assistants métiers, automatisation de workflows (Make, Zapier, LangChain). Créer des modèles et pipelines (NLP, classification, extraction, recommandation). Intégrer l’IA dans les outils internes (CRM, support client, processus internes). Documenter, tester, itérer et maintenir les solutions développées. Effectuer une veille active sur les innovations IA & GenAI. Former les équipes sur l’usage et l’intégration de l’IA au quotidien.

Expérience solide en IA / ML / Data (3+ ans). Excellente maîtrise des outils GenAI : OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral. Compétence en développement : Python, JavaScript, API REST. Maîtrise d’un framework IA : LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack… Expérience en automatisation (Make, Zapier, n8n). Connaissance des modèles embedding, vector stores, RAG. Capacité à vulgariser et à proposer des solutions pragmatiques. Esprit structuré, rigoureux, autonome.
