Lead and manage recruitment projects for IT and/or executive profiles. Conduct headhunting on top platforms like LinkedIn, social networks, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and soft skills. Shortlist and present top candidates to clients, ensuring the best match for each role.
