Screen candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and soft skills. Shortlist and present top candidates to clients, ensuring the best match for each role. Collaborate closely with AfricaWork teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT and/or executive search recruitment. Proven success in managing recruitment processes and delivering results. Strong knowledge of IT and/or business industries. Mastery of headhunting techniques and advanced recruitment methodologies. Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
