Expérience

The International Operations Manager (IOM) at UNFPA is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of operations within the region. This role involves ensuring effective management of financial resources, procurement, and risk management while supporting Country Offices in operational issues. The IOM will lead day-to-day operations, implement best practices, and contribute to the organization's efficiency agenda. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve high standards in program execution and operational effectiveness. Postgraduate degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field At least 7 years of experience in development in a governmental or multilateral organization 3+ years of team management experience in a complex setting Strong knowledge in procurement, financial and human resources management Ability to lead strategic planning and results-based management Fluency in English and French
