Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire (Bac+3 à Bac+5) en Logistique, Supply Chain, Gestion ou domaine connexe
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de gestion d’entrepôt et de la suite bureautique
- Bonne connaissance des réglementations liées au transport et à la sécurité en RDC Compétences techniques :
- Gestion des stocks et des inventaires
- Optimisation des flux logistiques et des transports
- Maîtrise des indicateurs clés de performance et analyse de données
- Gestion budgétaire et contrôle des coûts Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership et capacité à encadrer une équipe
- Sens de l’organisation et rigueur
- Réactivité et capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Sens de la communication et du service client
Expérience
- Expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) dans un poste similaire en gestion logistique ou d’entrepôt, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou industriel. Instructions
