Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire avancé (Master ou Doctorat) en Audit, Comptabilité, Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou domaine connexe
- Certification professionnelle en audit (CIA, CISA, CPA ou équivalent) fortement recommandée
- Maîtrise parfaite des Normes Internationales pour la Pratique Professionnelle de l’Audit Interne (IPPF 2024) Compétences techniques :
- Expertise en gouvernance d’entreprise, gestion des risques et contrôle interne
- Capacité à élaborer et piloter un Plan Annuel d’Audit basé sur les risques
- Maîtrise des techniques d’audit avancées et d’analyse de données
- Rédaction de rapports stratégiques de haut niveau Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership avéré et capacité à diriger des équipes
- Intégrité irréprochable et sens élevé de l’éthique
- Esprit stratégique, analytique et décisionnel
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
Expérience
- Justifier d’une expérience significative (minimum 10 ans) dans le domaine de l’audit interne ou du contrôle interne, dont plusieurs années à un poste de management ou de direction. Instructions
