Ability to meet the FSA’s Fit and Proper criteria, including good character, competence, and financial soundness Relevant professional qualification (ICA, ACAMS, STEP, or equivalent) Sound understanding of AML/CFT obligations and international standards (FATF, OECD) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Familiarity with CRS, Economic Substance, and Beneficial Ownership reporting requirements in Seychelles Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with comfort working in a digital and online service environment
