Who will ensure accurate cash handling, balance drawers daily, and promote bank services while maintaining strict security compliance. Key skills include, stellar customer service, attention to detail, and sales ability. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Transaction Processing: Receive cheques and cash for deposit, verify amounts, cash cheques, and process loan payments. • Customer Service: Answer inquiries regarding accounts, resolve issues, and provide professional service. • Cash Handling & Accuracy: Balance the cash drawer daily, verify cash, and manage currency accurately. • Sales & Promotion: Cross-sell bank services and products (e.g., savings accounts, safe deposit boxes) to clients. • Compliance & Security: Adhere to bank policies, security procedures, and fraud detection techniques.
