Job Vacancy For HR Manager
We are a reputable steel company in Ghana, based in Tema, which is actively engaged in metal recycling and steel production for residential and commercial sectors primarily in Africa. Our products include C-Channels, Angle Bars, Mild Steel Reinforced Bars and High Tensil Reinforced Steel. Title: HR Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with business and production goals
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures and internal controls.
Drive performance management, discipline and workforce productivity
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development for plant and office staff
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and industrial regulations
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Promote a strong health, safety and workplace culture within the plant environment
Support leadership in building a results-oriented and accountable workforce
Qualification Required & Experience
Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master's/professional certification is an advantage)
Minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations and HR best practices
Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a demanding operational environment
