Il est avant tout un meneur de femmes et d’hommes qui non seulement dirige mais également encadre, coordonne et contrôle le travail du personnel chargé du nettoyage et de l’entretien d’un établissement. Dans le cadre de son travail, ses missions sont diverses: Tout d’abord, le Chef d’Équipe Entretien et Nettoyage est chargé du suivi administratif des agents sous sa responsabilité: en effet, il doit gérer l’ensemble des documents tels déclarations d’accidents du travail, demandes d’attestation, gestion des congés etc. De plus, le Chef d’Équipe Entretien et Nettoyage est chargé de la gestion des paies ainsi que du respect du cahier des charges. Il doit également organiser les remplacements des agents. Par ailleurs, le Chef d’Équipe Entretien et Nettoyage est responsable des commandes des produits, nécessaires à la prestation et au bon déroulement du travail au quotidien. Enfin, il est le
