This role requires strong fashion industry expertise and the ability to scale operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion. Oversee daily operations and ensure cross-functional alignment. Manage fashion production, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency. Monitor sales, customer insights, and market trends. Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Ensure effective coordination across design, production, inventory, and sales. Optimize processes and implement scalable systems. Lead and develop high-performing teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field. 6–8 years’ experience, with mandatory fashion industry experience. Proven leadership experience in a fashion or retail business. Strong knowledge of fashion production and merchandising. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
