Job Vacancy For HR Manager

We are a reputable steel company in Ghana based in Tema that is actively engaged in metal recycling and steel production for residential and commercial sectors primarily in Africa. Our products include C-Channels, Angle Bars, Mild Steel Reinforced Bars and High Tensil Reinforced Steel. The company, in line with its growth agenda, invites applications from results-oriented individuals with strong, assertive personality capable of taking ownership, challenging the status quo and driving performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Title: HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with business ad production goals

  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures and internal controls

  • Drive performance management, discipline and workforce productivity

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development for plant and office staff

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and industrial regulations

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes

  • Promote a strong health, safety and workplace culture within the plant environment

  • Support leadership in building a results-oriented and accountable workforce

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master's/professional certification is an advantage)
