Position: Preschool Head.

Localisation

Location: East Legon Hills, Greater Accra Region, Ghana Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and direction for the preschool, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Oversee the planning and implementation of an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum. Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children. Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff to maintain excellent classroom practices. Monitor children’s progress and ensure effective assessment and reporting systems. Build positive relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring open communication.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements. Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool, including scheduling and resource allocation. Organize staff training and professional development opportunities. Promote the school’s vision, values, and reputation within the community. Requirements:

Formation / Diplômes

Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field -  Masters in Early Childhood development is an added advantage.

Expérience

Minimum of 3–5 years leadership experience in a preschool setting Strong knowledge of early years curriculum and best practices

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Passion for child development and early learning
