Location: East Legon Hills, Greater Accra Region, Ghana About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented School Administrator to support the effective day-to-day management of our school. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while fostering a welcoming and efficient school environment.

Responsabilités

Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school office.

Manage student records, attendance, and admissions documentation. Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders. Support the school leadership team with scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Handle correspondence, emails, and official school communications. Maintain and update school databases and filing systems. Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities.

Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements. Supervise administrative support staff where necessary. Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure efficient resource use. Qualifications and Skills

Formation / Diplômes

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
