Tâches et missions: Met en œuvre et suit les plans d’actions de la stratégie financière de Hl dans son périmètre ;S’assure du respect des obligations légales de l’association et produit les documents financiers ;produit et met à jour les tableaux d’affectation des ressources (humaine, logistique, etc) et les diffuse aux départements concernés ;En lien étroit avec le Manger RH, travaille avec les managers sur la pesée des nouveauxpostes ;Contribue aux actions de préparation aux urgences du programme et, lors d’une urgence, adapte sa modalité de travail afin de contribuer à une réponse humanitaire efficace de Hl . .
