Ce que ce poste implique Vous serez au cœur des dispositifs de formation et d’insertion des jeunes ivoiriens, en lien avec les acteurs locaux (entreprises, centres de formation, collectivités). Vos journées alterneront entre le suivi de cohortes d’apprenants, l’évaluation des programmes pédagogiques et la mise en relation avec des employeurs potentiels. L’objectif concret : faire baisser le chômage des jeunes en alignant les compétences formées sur les besoins réels du marché.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des politiques publiques de l’emploi en Côte d’Ivoire (PNIE, ANPE, FDFP)
- Expérience terrain en animation de formations professionnelles (CAP, BTS, certificats métiers)
- Réseau actif avec des PME, coopératives ou ONG locales
- Capacité à évaluer l’impact des dispositifs (indicateurs de placement, taux d’insertion)
