Evaluate loan applications and recommend appropriate financial solutions. Ensure adherence to risk management policies and regulatory frameworks. Sales & Business Development Promote banking products such as loans, savings accounts, credit facilities, and investment products. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Support the bank’s growth objectives by identifying new business opportunities. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Prepare financial reports and operational performance reports for management. Support internal and external audits.
