Assurer le traitement de toutes les réclamations des clients. Veiller à l’utilisation strictement professionnelle des informations manipulées dans le cadre de l’activité. Veiller au respect des dispositifs de sécurité en place (politique de sécurité, charte utilisateur, …).
Principales activités
Traiter les réclamations postées en backoffice. Assurer le suivi et le pilotage des dysfonctionnements jusqu’à résolution. Assurer le rôle d’interface entre les plateaux, le Backoffice et les supports. Analyser ses résultats opérationnels et mettre en place des plans d’actions d’amélioration des performances du Backoffice. Veiller à la disponibilité et à la bonne appropriation des outils, process et consignes Métier. Remonter ses besoins de formation. Rédiger les rapports d’activité hebdomadaires et mensuels. Participer aux groupes de projets d’amélioration de la Relation client. Participer aux autres dispositifs de suivi. Exécuter toute autre tâche demandée par la hiérarchie. Assurer un bon taux de participation aux quizz.
