Notre client, un important concessionnaire d'équipements lourds soutenant les principales opérations minières en RDC, recherche un Quality Control Manager expérimenté pour diriger les activités d'assurance et de contrôle qualité dans les ateliers, les services sur le terrain, la reconstruction de machines, la reconstruction de composants et les opérations de maintenance.
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de veiller à ce que toutes les réparations, reconstructions, activités de maintenance et livraisons de machines soient exécutées selon les normes OEM, tout en favorisant l'amélioration continue, la conformité, la satisfaction client et l'excellence opérationnelle.
Responsabilités
- Garantir la conformité de toutes les réparations, reconstructions et activités de maintenance aux normes OEM.
- Gérer les systèmes de contrôle qualité, inspections, audits et processus de conformité.
- Vérifier la qualité de la main-d'œuvre sur les machines, composants et grands projets de reconstruction.
- Mener des analyses de causes profondes de défaillance et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration continue pour réduire les reprises, défaillances, coûts de garantie et temps d'arrêt.
- Examiner les rapports techniques, inspections, réclamations de garantie et documentation qualité.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les représentants OEM et les équipes opérationnelles sur les questions de qualité.
- Suivre les KPI qualité, encadrer les équipes techniques et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques dans les opérations de service.**

- Certificat de métier mécanique ou diplôme d'ingénieur.
- 10+ ans d'expérience en contrôle qualité pour la maintenance, reconstruction ou support technique d'équipements miniers lourds.
- Expérience essentielle en tant que concessionnaire d'équipements lourds (OEM).
- Expérience de soutien à de grandes flottes minières pour des opérations à ciel ouvert, incluant camions de transport, excavatrices, pelles, bouteurs, chargeuses et niveleuses.
- Compétences en diagnostic, dépannage, surveillance de l'état et amélioration de la fiabilité.
- Expérience dans la conduite d'enquêtes RCFA et la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives.
- Maîtrise des systèmes OEM, de l'analyse d'huile et des systèmes de garantie.**
