Le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies aux droits de l'homme (HCDH) recrute un(e) Senior Human Rights Officer/Coordinator pour son bureau de Kinshasa. Ce poste temporaire s'inscrit dans le cadre des opérations de paix et de sécurité humaine en RDC.

- Coordonner et superviser les activités de surveillance et de rapport sur les droits de l'homme.
- Conseiller les autorités nationales et les partenaires sur les normes internationales des droits de l'homme.
- Assurer la gestion d'équipe et la planification stratégique des interventions.**

- Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine des droits de l'homme, idéalement dans un contexte de mission de paix ou de terrain.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement complexe.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et analytiques.
